At Outlet The Tidy Tots Store, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, footwear, or any personal accessories. These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for return.

Our Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • Your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 2 business days, appearing on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Exchange processing: Your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, please note:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties on returned items
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
