Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your children to be completely happy with your purchases. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Lingerie
  • Footwear
  • Personal accessories
These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for return.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

  • Items you wish to return/exchange (including product name, size, color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • Your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 2 business days, appearing on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Exchange processing: Your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties on returned items
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
